Rio Rancho Alterations

Rio Rancho Alterations is the most incompetent and unprofessional business I have ever encountered. To keep the story short, I was told a few items I needed hemmed would be less than $10 a piece. I went to pick up my items and they were charging me nearly double that. When I tried to discuss the charges, I was told that I was never told that, even though the seamstress herself and the front desk woman told me TWICE what the price would be. Another woman came in and cursed at me and told me to pay get out! I had my 1 year old baby with me also. What a joke of a business.
I should have known better, as my husband had his dry cleaning ruined there earlier this year. Please, do not support these rude people and go elsewhere.
