Do not bring your car here they will rip you off! I got my car fixed here and they fixed what they said was broken and once they fixed it it wouldn't even start and the original price was $710 now they're saying it's going to cost over $3000 to fix so I'm out $700 and my car isn't even fixed. When down the street to a different mechanic and they only charged me $300 for this same issue and said I should have never went here. Oh and there is no free towing even after all the money spend i was still charged for towing !
Quick Lane charged me over $2,500 for repairs on steering and suspension. Most of the parts were replaced but Quick Lane cut corners and left some of the failing parts on the vehicle. Their neglect lead to major front end damage and extremely unsafe driving conditions. I returned the vehicle to them a total of 7 times but it took the work of a different-honest-mechanic to make things right. Clearly Quick Lane's primary concern is revenue, NOT safety.
Good place and convenient location. Our older minivan needed a new left side CV joint, they could have easily told us we needed both sides replaced, and we would have paid. They gave us a fair price, and even a discount price if we chose to replace both, but also suggested that the right side might last quite a bit longer, so we just changed the left. It would have been much more inconvenient and costly to take it to the dealer. I don't trust many service places, but they did a good job, didn't push the sale, and did a good job. They do deserve credit.
Disappointing. They asked me to leave my vehicle there all day "and we'll get to it". By 3:30 they had not touched it and had the audacity to ask if we could leave it overnight. Are you kidding me? When we picked up our vehicle we noted more than 80 sets of keys hanging up for pending repairs. 12 others were marked as completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not to mention while there the receptionist answered the phone and told the caller "no problem, just drop it off tomorrow". Seriously?

DO NOT go to this garage!!!!! They are not trustworthy, they treat you like they think you are an idiot. They have very shaddy practices. Was a loyal customer for about 5 years and have had enough. Will never go to them again. Would be very surprised if they are still here next year. DO NOT trust them with your car or money.
If I could rate less than one star, I would. Don't ever go here! Long-time loyal customers do not mean anything to them. Solid referrals and thousands of dollars in business was spent here over years of loyalty and So Blvd Auto pretty much treated me like a dumb woman in front of my son, poor customer service from a "manager", car was still not fixed A WEEK LATER, and charged me for it all PLUS something that they broke while it was in their possession! I'd be embarrassed to refer my clients and will not take anything here EVER AGAIN!
