        BEWARE!!! DO NOT buy a major appliance from this lowes. Delivery is contracted by 3rd party xpo delivery was 3 hours late, rude, and after dragging up a step and scratching the railing and steps .. the men took the refrigerator back to the truck and left saying they can't continue as they caused damage. The house is new with a large door and floor plan but since th y bumped into railing we were left with a damaged rail and no refrigerator. Lowes took ZERO accountability and provided ZERO asssiatamce other than taking 45 minutes to find a receipt to confirm it was at least refunded ... was a lowes supporter and will NEVEr go back

        I recently ordered a refrigerator from Lowe's in Rio Grande. What a smooth transaction. I was called with a delivery time and the delivery was right on time. The two gentlemen who delivered it were efficient, pleasant and hard working. They easily removed the old refrigerator, put the door handles on the new refrigerator and were gone in a flash. Tell you what, I would not hesitate to buy all my appliances at Lowe's. Thank you for the good service.
