I can't leave a constructive review. We visited the store three times, and they were closed each time. The first visit was during a holiday weekend...and I get it...anyone who is able to enjoy a national holiday should do so...but closing for 4 days is a bit much if you are a business owner, especially one involving both retail and service. As a business owner, staffing the store minimally in your absence is a must. But...so be it...we shrugged our shoulders, and made plans to revisit the store again. Two weeks later...my wife goes it alone...on a Saturday. Closed again. (She doesn't recall the reason hanging on the door, but it wasn't due to an emergency of sorts.) Listen folks...business owners know when their busy season is...and any "serious" business owner will make those needed sacrifices to accommodate their market. If I serviced the shore area, I'd surely be open in Spring and Summer, (especially for the incoming new home owners that will surely need work done). Even having just one person behind the counter to start the work process or set up appointments is business 101. Okay...I'll get down from my soap box...we made a final attempt today...on a Friday. Surely they'd be open on a Friday afternoon, right? Nope. Closed again. The sign read..."closed for vacation, will reopen monday". It's not rocket science...you don't go to med school if you don't like being around sick people, and you don't open a business if you aren't able to service the clientele chosen for your business model. Whatever profession you choose, sacrifices need to be made to accommodate the success of that profession. When this location chose to close three times, ignoring the needs of customers by not arranging for even a single staff member to be present, what does that communicate to said customers?
