Drove over two hours to look at a Class B for sale. Looked around the lot for over an hour and no one once said Hello or anything. Walked in and asked for help and the one guy said "I'm really busy maybe that guy can help you" . Can't remember his name but seemed very annoyed. I asked if I could test drive the class B and a loud man yelled "we are not a car lot". Later I find out he was the owner. We went outside looked around a little and I asked again if I could test drive the Class B because I was really interested with it . He said "let me talk to the owner but he really doesn't like people test driving the vehicles . I told him no way I buy something without driving it. He went to the owner and after a few minutes came back and said " well the owner really doesn't want to but he will let you if you are sure you want it" . I told him to have a nice day I would go another route. Bad service you lose money. Drove two hours to be treated like a annoying customer . No thank you!
Drove 1,000 Miles to pick up our new Work and Play . Beat every other dealers price by thousands, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly . Love the woodburning fireplace :-) . Will buy there again
I purchased a 1999 40 foot Overland diesel pusher motor home from Frank June 17, 2015. I was told that the unit had just arrived and has not been advertised. Went to pick the unit up June 27, 2015. After the usual instruction as to how to operate the various functions of the unit ( slide, transmission etc) I started to drive the unit home to Gallatin , Tennessee. About 10 miles from the dealership the motor home lost power and quit running on interstate 24. I called the dealership and asked them for help. Within 40 minutes two techs from the dealership arrived and tried to figure out why it lost power. One tech, Mike really tried to find the problem to no avail. Finally, Bill the owner of Parkway had two mechanics come to the unit and got it started.Mike drove myself and my better half back to the dealership where her daughter had returned to pick us up to return us to Gallatin.Let me say this...I was treated with the utmost respect by Frank, the sales manager, Beau, the owners son, Mike, the tech and Bill the owner.All personnel at Parkway were great and went out of their way to help us. Bill agreed to re check the motor home and deliver it to me in Gallatin, when the unit has been fully checked out. During this entire ordeal all Parkway personnel acted very professional at all times. I could not have asked for any better treatment than I received from the entire staff at Parkway. I highly recommend this dealership for their service and professional approach. When I decide to purchase another motor home I will return to Parkway because of how I was treated. In this world today it is nice to find a business that really cares about the customer and does everything possible to satisfy the needs of the customer.Lance, Gallatin, Tennessee
Being my first RV purchase, I at first had some buyers Remorse at first. I bought sight unseen on eBay, However The folks down there were the BEST ! They Picked me up at the airport , Thoroughly showed me how to use every thing. Helped me with arrangements to get it home. When I made a request from them after I got the RV home and they went out of there way at there expense to help me out. I'm now very Happy about my purchase! And I Would certainly do business With them again
Have found so far Parkway and its employees to be responsive and helpful every way. Can't wait to pick up my new to me MTX Toy Hauler on Monday or Tuesday next week. The transaction has gone well and feel they have negotiated in good faith and recommend them for your RVing needs.
I feel I have been helped by every one I have talked to at Parkway RV. Look forward to meeting the crew on Monday 13 Jan to pick up my new to me toy hauler. So far nothing but good feelings for Parkway. Bill W
