I wished I could give a minus five stars. This post office has a very bad service and is frustrating. Whoever is in charge is not doing the right job. This is an ongoing issue. My mail is missing being delivered by the mailman to the wrong address. I'm paying for the delivery and I'm expecting my packages and mail to be delivered to my house. Your office is making me loose time money and patience making calls and trips to chase my packages and mail.

By far the worst post office I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. Missing packages, rescheduled deliveries that never happen (though they claim they did, even though I'm home to receive the package), rude, inconsiderate, and just not even attempting to do their jobs.If there is ANY way you can get your mail and packages another way, DO IT. Otherwise, expect to be paying for things you never receive, missing mail, magazines, you name it - you just WILL NOT get them.
I wish I could post a zero star review. I think this post office serving the zip code 11385 is the worst. I believe that mentally challenged people are hired for making deliveries. It happens every time - it doesn't matter if I am home waiting for a package or leave a.big note at the door to leave it at the business next door - NO the moron who is responsible.for ringing the bell obviously lacks fingers. Or.maybe they are stuck up his nose. The notice appears days later - if ever. And I usually have to lose time.and.money to walk to this hellhole.and stand.in line to pick up what's mine. I wish the UsPS collapsed and the workers starved.
what is the point of listing a telephone number which no one answers ever. Very bad service, this office should be closed down.
So far I was able to find this page and I couldn't resist to write about my experience here...I'm living in this area for 8 years and I can say is not really an insulate case...first of all when you have a package to be delivered I can say there is a "ghost" which will leave you a notice(if you are lucky) in your mail box....it happened couple times to me and I tried to use both online or by phone the redelivery option....NO SUCCESS!!!!!....your informations with the confirmation for redelivery will be all you can get from this famous USPS institution....they will never bother to redelivery your package, so you will end up taken few hours off from your job and wait in a line to pick up your package....and I hope some off the big shots will read those rewieus here and I would like to ask...."Why ,gentlemens, we need to waist our time waiting in a line to pick up our packages when we all paid for this service?....you should do like UPS with 3 delivery attempts, but no!....you want just our money...and you keep asking for more and more money....and your services sucks!!!!!!....I whish you'll be out of business soon because you don't deserve something else.Again, I hope somebody will read all this problems, not only mine because I didn't see a better review with more than one star rate....and may be something will change....until that, I will avoid us much is possible USPS services!
