This place taught this 55 year old a valuable lesson. Always read reviews and check with the BBB before agreeing to purchase. The worst experience of my life. First of all they have a F with the BBB. It took almost a month to purchase our pontoon. We signed paperwork and put a deposit down the first day and was told the pontoon would be ready in a few days. Not so! After the first day we kept calling and no one would talk to us or return our phone calls. We were ready to back out because this was such bad business but could not because the contract said we would lose our deposit and have to pay them $3400.00 if we back out. The finance department Mike and Trace were rude. Kenny and Melissa, sales people were nice and very apologetic.Travis the general manager did return our phone calls after a couple of weeks when my husband paid them a visit and talked to him. When I asked the desk person who the owner was, she said that they could not give out that information. I called the home office number and was told the same thing but they said they would give the owners our message requesting help. The owners did not contact us either. Again I have learned a valuable lesson! Never again! Don't sign the paper saying you will pay them $3400.00 if you back out because there is a reason they get you to sign this. They are going to do you wrong. They did not follow thru with what they said came with the pontoon but we were just glad to get out of that place.
Charles in sales started off the experience and was wonderful, no high pressure and really listened to our needs for a camper! Next came Joey in the finance department and again wonderful experience got me the financing I needed in a very timely manner! Then we had to great experience with Tony in the back who was wonderful and really took his time with us. The only issue we had was Paul in the back area. He was supposed to go over the camper with us and not only did he NOT have knowledge of our unit but also acted like he was in such a hurry to get us out of the area. He was very rough with our equipment. I was so sad to see this because EVERYTHING else about Boat and RV was such a wonderful experience. Even with Paul's treatment I would recommend anyone going to Boat N Rv if they need any type of camping or boating needs.
They sold us a boat that was damaged, we took it back to them to fix its been 3 months still haven't gotten our boat back. They never return your phone call, they tell you dates after dates when they will bring your boat back never show up and never call. Would not recommend this place to anyone worst experience ever.
Horrible experience. Will not return or recommend. Who owns this place? The way the employees act and talk made me think this place is owned by someone very incompetent.
We came all the way from Raleigh to buy from here again
We will be back for another purchase
Absolutely great and did a great demo. Answered all my questions

My reason for writing at this time is to say Terry was a wonderful salesperson to deal with . He was kind, patient , honest and gave us a true insight on what he had with in our budget . The sales manager and general manager have been so nice . If it goes bad believe me I will be back to let you know . But for now if you go there ask for Terry .
