Not a happy camper. For the second time, completed an exam for contacts in July 2017 and was told it would take about 6 to 8 days for contacts to come into Center, This is November 2017 and I have yet to be notified for pickup. And no calls returned. Plus, I had to pay in advance.

Been a patient of Dr. Callahan for many years. Very professional and courteous. He switched me to daily contacts that are wonderful.
My greatest fear is that in retaliation of the review my contacts they have lost will not be returned. It has been 3 months since my annual checkup. The eyesight in my left eye increased with the replacement contact, however 3 months and 4 contacts later I cannot read or see anything up close with my right contact. A month ago he asked me to leave my old contacts that were purchased in 2015 at the office with his staff. I called a week a later to find out they sent my 2015 contacts back to the manufacturer thinking they were the contacts I received this year. I have called every week for 4 weeks. I have not been told anything beyond they are still looking into it and the replacement contact is still in limbo. I needed someone to communicate with me! I heard nothing from the office after I was very clear I expected them to communicate something. Friday- Tuesday not a word. Yesterday I went to the office at 4:30. Dr. Dampier, knowing I was there, left me sit in his waiting room for an hour and half, mad and crying in front of his staff and clients. He told me he intentionally was not going to put his patience on hold to speak to me. Did I lose my cool and show my ass. You bet I did. How do you make someone's eye sight worse, loose their contacts, not deal with the issue but let me sit there and get even madder over an hour and a half and then with a smug grin on your face tell me I am being disrespectful and it is just human error. They can make human errors that cost me sight, ability to function at work and cost me time and money but as a human I cannot make a human error and lose my patience with this situation? He replaced the cost of the contacts I'm wearing and cannot see out of but has not replaced my contacts they lost. He did not refund the cost to my insurance I have now used up for the year. And he stated I would have to call them about my lost contracts. I told him I expected him to call me and he reluctantly agreed to call me today. Not a word all day!

Great service. I am from out of town and my glasses broke. Robert helped me find a pair of frames that fit my lenses. He went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend Eyeline Optical for the customer service alone.
I took my daughter here last week and they charged me a $15.00 contact lense fitting fee. Now I could understand if they actually had to teach her how to put in her contacts (even though other doctors don't charge this), but no. She's been wearing contacts for a couple of years. When I asked what it was, she said its something we charge every year. Huh??? and they were rude about it. Soooo, we will never come here again.
I absolutely love Fine Eyes. My family has gotten eyewear from here since 2009. Cleve is very talented at advising or suggesting frames and colors- a critical element missing from competitors. I read the other review about the door being open thing and it seems a bit harsh- seems unfortunate for the reviewer and her daughter. I just want to say I have never had any unsatisfactory experiences and neither have my husband, brother, parents. Cleve exposed us to a whole new variety of styles and colors unavailable anywhere else. A little expensive for me but I go back for the quality and comfort.
