Very large tempered glass windows, approximately 120" high were leaking at the base. They removed and sealed and replaced and cleaned. Wonderful work we appreciate so much.

I called Venable to help with two broken car windows. Just outstanding-quicker than I thought.
Today, I called them again to fix a double-paned bay window panel.
Shawn and his assoc. came and fixed it in probably 10 mins.
Could not have been more considerate and kind and competent.
I probably did not need to be here, I would be OK with these men in my house without me.
Every time I need glass, I will call Venable.

Got in and out on my lunch hour for a rock chip fix. Took time to let me know how long it would take so I wasn't late getting back to work! Nice folks

Not a positive experience. Was told we would get a call to let us know an approximate time when they would arrive to change out my windshield. Arrived without notice at 12:30 while at lunch, was told if I didn’t get back within 15 minutes they would leave. Upon arrival back was very discourteous, immediately gave the impression all they wanted to do is get done and gone. Will not use again or give recommendation.

Poor customer service. Very condescending in their attitude. Taking my business elsewhere and will refer others to do the same.

It was a positive experience from the first phone call requesting a quote for a new windshield to the technician who replaced my windshield. All very friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely recommend Venable Glass Services to my friends and anyone who need their windshield replaced in the Jxn area.
