        I really love Mostly Martha's ...

        I really love Mostly Martha's florist. Everyone there is exceptional. The flowers and the presentation arranged by the staff are always absolutely beautiful. This is just another reason why I am always pleased. In fact, my family and I have used them over and over again. I guess the best compliment I can give them is that you don't get that 1-800-FLOWER ORDERING feeling when they answer the phone or see you in person. That being said, they are good with technology, so if you do need to use the phone or internet, they can still keep up!

        Long story short: boyfriend p...

        Long story short: boyfriend paid for upgraded arrangement, what I got was definitely not the upgraded arrangement (very short on flowers). They said they would "replace" the arrangement. When they came to pick up the original arrangement, they didn't apologize and seemed kind of put off. When the "new" arrangement arrived. It was clearly the same bouquet - just rearranged. And to top the whole thing off - THERE WERE NO FLOWERS ON THE BACK. While the back was pretty bare in the original arrangement, the new arrangement that was supposed to have double the flowers just had greenery for the backside. Then found out that I have a co-worker & two friends that have also had bad experiences with Mostly Martha's in 2012. Obviously, I do not recommend them.

        On time and on budget

        My daughter just moved to the area, I called them after searching on line. Very helpful and suggested what a college student could keep a live for their first apartment. Just wonderful! Delivery was great and they were within my budget! Will continue to use them while she is there in school and of course now she will use them also. They gave me their 800 number before I hung up which is also a great addition! Very nice and courteous! Took their time! No rush while on phone.
