go in for alignment, was told my cv joints needed to be replaced along with multiple things,asked for them to give me a print out of everything that was wrong. gave me a hand written note on a radiators inc note pad, and it said nothing about cv joints. which I had paid over 400 6 months ago to have my cv joints replaced. they tried to get more money from me, and replace parts that didn't need replacing.lady's be warned
I made an appointment with this service for my washer. He (George?) Was expected to arrive between 8-12 on May 22, 2017 but did not show up until 3PM causing me to miss a dental appointment. When he was near my home, he said he was in front of my home but he was at an entirely different address causing me to wonder if George knew his numbers because my numbers were clearly in front of my house and and so was my neighbors. The numbers were so huge they could have been seen by anyone. Of course I was upset and voiced my opinion on the fact that they did not call to let me know they would not show up at the time originally scheduled. He was very argumentative where I could hardly get a word in at all. He took the machine apart at the problem area, put the piece back in that has come apart and said he would order another one. I specifically told him that I would prefer him not coming out again To date, I had not heard from him until I called this morning for an update. George answers the phone, I explain why I'm calling. He said the part was in but didn't know if they were going to come out to fix it due to my nasty attitude on the 22nd. I asked, are you saying you are not going to honor my service contract? He answered saying I don't know. I'll have to talk to someone about it. I called Home Depot, filed a complaint against George and Ashford Appliance Service and they are working on getting another appliance service to get the job done right. I urge you not to use Ashford because if the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the employee.
He has made 2 appointments to repair my electric range, both times he did not show and he did not call. When you try to call him, you get a message that is voice mail is full, so you can not even leave him a message. If my range was not under warranty from Home Depot, I would not even fool with this man. As for his expertise, I can not say because he has not shown up to do the repair, but his professionalism stinks!
I would recommend Mr. Wayne to everyone I know. Not only did he fix my lock, he blessed my spirit. He was early and repaired my deadbolt in no time! Not all auto body shops are created equally (even if they have the same name). The best experience I've ever had with an auto body shop. Staff was friendly and eagerly assisted (anxious) me with my car care needs while making me feel that I was important customer.

Very rude! I took my car for repair estimate and they gave me a quote. I called back to inform I got parts for replacement of my own and the hours seem to be high. The man I spoke on the phone (same one who made my estimate) was very rude and he said or you get this or not here. I did not have the chance to explain myself about anything and tell I got parts for replacement or how I got to number I got. Disappointing the way I was treated there.
