General Info: I offer my clients understanding, support and empowerment. I collaborate with my clients to help them identify their goals and ways to achieve them. I believe in the mind-body connection and explore how our physical and emotional health connect with one another. Life can be very stressful and difficult at times, especially with school or our jobs, increasing use of technology, as well as our relationships with others. I am here to listen and support you and your loved ones. I am an active therapist and give feedback and guidance after listening closely to my client. My clients feel heard and validated as well as learn alternative ways to think of a situation differently in order to improve their mood. I have training and experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, problem solving technique, mindfulness, as well as trauma focused therapy. Please feel free to call me for an initial consultation and I look forward to meeting you. My hours include early mornings, evenings, as well as weekends.
