They have had one of my 5!, five, Cinco, V, packages for 10 days now the others 7-3 daysWHY? I need these things yesterday NOv 30th now December 11 give me a BREAK!
It is currently Wednesday. I was supposed to receive a package on Saturday (my mom paid $30 to have it overnighted to me to make sure I would have it before Monday) and it STILL isn't here! No notice was left at the door to indicate that they even TRIED to deliver it! on top of that- that parcel contains my passport AND social security card and I need it to start my job that I was suppose to start on MONDAY. I have been on the phone for hours since Saturday, on hold while they "try to find it" Essentially, all my important documentation is lost in the mail and I may lose this job over it. Actual quote: "a carrier went out already today and he had a lot of parcels with him and since its not here maybe its with him. We will call you if we find it." pretty sure she just wrote my number and address on a sticky note...
It didn't even take 3 minutes to be greeted by rude worker to ruin my mood. They weren't helpful at all. I went out of my way to pick up my parcel at least they could've been more nicer.
i went to go pick up my certified mail letter, something i was expecting that was very important. they could not seem to find my letter! someone PAID to be sure i received it and i did not. when i told the clerk my tracking info and that it was here he literally told me "Don't believe everything you read on the internet" ITS THE OFFICIAL SITE OF THE POST OFFICE I WAS REFERENCING!
Called about missing shipment was hung up on , any wonder they are broke????? they SUCK!!!!!
Use Fedex or UPS if the delivery date and/or customer service is important to you! The savings will not be worth it to you when USPS doesn't deliver. The extent of the customer service that you will receive will be an agent typing your tracking number into the system...reading you the same information that you already had when you called (from the track and confirm site)...then telling you that someone will call you within the next couple of business days. Both Fedex and UPS will radio drivers; call facilities, etc. - whatever it takes to help locate the package.
