Make sure you know exactly what you're talking about or they will try to sell you anything and everything that looks ok, but right when you get it.......... it's trashed mechanically and engine and transmission wise. Unbelievable, bout a refurbished mower and the MAIN MANAGER WHO RUNS THE WHOLE STORE TOLD ME THE BLADE WAS SHARPENED.............After I asked him ten times if everything was tip top, he told me he would use it himself for his clients for lawn cutting................No client wants tethered grass, especially EX NBA clients....................After I looked under the machine I notice the blade was from Spring Break 1968......It was so horribly rusted and unsharp it cut the worst I've ever seen. 🤡 🤡 🤡 Ever since this business was taken over by new management, they try and see how far and how much they can take advantage of their hardworking clients.....Don't swear to me up and down something is in tip top ready to go shape when THE BLADE TO THE MOWER I JUST SPENT ALMOST 1,000 on ISNT EVEN SHARPENED....................... BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL VERY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. When I took the machine to my step father he was beyond disappointed I even bought it after a quick review. I didn't even cut but 4 feet of grass because the grass was so horribly cut and tethered.......... if I wanted the grass to look like that I would cut it with a plastic knife.

Dropped my Mantis tiller off because it would start, but not stay on. Had to pay a $. 50.00 "diagnostic" fee up front. Took longer than originally told, but got a call it was done. Had to pay another $35.00 for flushing old gas, cleaning filter, spark plug ( which I had already replaced and TOLD them). After bringing it home it started but cut off and never started again. Called immediately at 2:30, got the answering machine, asked to have someone call back. Called again 4:15. Nothing . The old gas was still in it so my opinion is this tiller was never even touched. No response from them pretty much validates their incompetence. Will pursue BBB complaint and small claims to get a refund. You want to use this company.....good luck. 4/11/17
I have been working with Kenny over the phone troubleshooting this damn Troybilt riding mower. After he suggested I look at fly wheel and starter both were bad. One tooth on flywheel and starter wheel was shot. I have now replaced both. Now he has been helping me with stating problem. He is amazing and helping free over the Phone.... Who does that??? Kenny is amazing thank you!
Absolutely do not agree with the poster below me. We delivered our riding mower to the shop. Very courteous and professional. Job was completed as expected in less time than originally thought. Added bonus, they power washed and cleaned it up. We will definitely go back. Super service.

I gave them my generator on a Friday. They said it'll be done in a week. I called them the following Tuesday, said oh yea we need to order a part. We will call you tomorrow (Wednesday ) no call. I called Wednesday evening, they said ill call you tomorrow ( Thursday ).. No call. I called Thursday even. They say we still need to order the part... We will call you back tomorrow (Friday). No call. Called Sunday they said ill call you in 1-2 hours to let you know. And now here it is Monday. They can't find my generator. Okay so what now?
