VFS was extremely helpful in assisting me with my fireplace gas insert purchase. My install was not traditional in any way and both Karen and Mike went above and beyond to help me figure out the best insert to purchase and how to install it within an old mantle in a spot that did not before have a fireplace. I am extremely happy with the customer service, product purchased and multiple email and phone discussions. Carole is also very professional and a delight to communicate with. Fast, thorough, knowledgeable customer service. They really know fireplaces and chimney products and services. I also love the Valor Windsor I purchased from them. Its beautiful and cozy warm. I have recommended them highly every chance I get.

They do not, as they claim on their website, answer the telephone. I have been calling them for two weeks and get nothing but a recorded message. Their voice mail box is full. I think they're a sham.
