I placed an order at 6:15 for a medium 3 topping and 8 wings. The estimated delivery time was 7:50. I called the call center at 8:30 when it was 40 minutes after the delivery time and they said to call back if it wasn't there in 20 minutes. I waited about 30 minutes and was refunded my money and told that the pizza would still be delivered.
After another 45 minutes to an hour I called back and waited on hold for 15 minutes while the lady at the call center spoke directly to the store. She told me the driver was now "out" and the pizza was on its way.
The pizza never came and I imagine they just decided not to bring it. I filled out a complaint online and called a customer service number. The guy said that the situation was being resolved and I told him it didn't resolve anything for me, after which he seemed to become short. I got another insincere apology and I just hung up.
I understand if they're busy, short on drivers, etc., which is why I was fine with an hour and a half estimated delivery time, but I feel like I was just jerked around and lied to on top of having a stressful and crappy experience. I don't think they care much if this happens to their customers.
I just bought some wings from them yesterday. They messed up the order. I called and heard the conversation in the background and Susan, another worker, picked up the phone and told me to bring back the wings. I told her that was my last time going to this Pizza Hut. The server who took my order sounded so rude. The way she took to order was already rude to begin with. It's not worth it going to this place and received bad services.
Will never go here ever again!! These people are the worst!!! They messed up my wing order, so when I called them they told me they will correct my order and to come get the new wings. Before I got off the phone I told them they need to also do something to compensate me for giving me the wrong wings and having me to drive back. They lady said her manager said they will also give me a free credit for an order of wings on my next purchase. However when I got there the manager wanted to argue with me about either only giving me a credit or only fixing my order that they messed up. I’m about the call her boss now and to let them know that they will never got my business again and I will tell everyone not to go there. These people don’t know good customer service…especially when they were in the wrong.
