        Overall

        I disagree wholeheartedly with the previous reviewer. the front office is usually extremely polite, well-trained and nothing but professional. I run a medical practice and I even asked how they get such great front office staff. the office is great, they area well oiled machine but could not be more accommodating to my needs, whether for a regular checkup or an emergency work in. they don't take my new insurance but I would never switch from Dr. Nardone!

        I am a longtime client of patterson eye clinic. The front desk has always been very rude and unhelpful. I had such a bad experience with them the last time that I was in that I have decided not to go back. There are plenty of other offices in Richmond with helpful friendly staff. There is no reason to go to a clinic where the staff is blatantly disrespectful and unhelpful. And then when I mention my experience to the doctor who I have been going to for years, he just shrugs it off. That's not how a business should be run. It's too bad.
