Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The experience was less than pleasant. Your staff was very courteous unfortunately the vehicles provided were damaged, dirty and had stains.
This is not how company presents a vehicle to a customer.

The first vehicle I received was literally disgusting. Soda stains on the carpets all up on the door. Knobs were missing, carpets were dirty and the cabin had a bad smell. The exterior of the vehicle was damaged.

Apparently your staff doesn't know how to present a vehicle to a customer. A blind person could have provided a cleaner vehicle.

The second vehicle had no missing knobs and no soda stains. Unfortunately it was dirty!!! Carpets had loads of sands in the front and rear. It looked as if someone just returned it coming from the beach. Also, the vehicle was nearly on empty. I'm not really sure how the staff is trained on what is acceptable when providing a customer with a car but this is unacceptable. If I had more time your staff would have ended up bringing me a car that was clean and acceptable even if it took every vehicle on the lot.

I have rented from this location twice in the past two months. Both times I had them pick me up and drop me back off - what a wonderful experience. I have only had 100% positive, easy experiences renting from Enterprise. They always have the car I want, always look for ways to save me money, and the employees are always nice and friendly.

Courteous and accommodating staff. They are willing to meet your needs if it all possible. The vehicles are clean and well maintained. Efficient check-in and key drop off returns. I use them 5 or 6 times a year for youth group trips. I've never had a bad experience.
