Africa's Art of Braids

I had a very bad experience and do not recommend this place. I went once and plan to go elsewhere the next time I need braids. The shop was messy, and the young children and babies of the braiders were there crying, throwing tantrums, and otherwise demanding attention the whole time. The braiders were unprofessional. They did not operate on schedule, and caused those with appointments to wait because they would start a walk-in customer just before the scheduled client arrived. The hair stylist started my hair an hour late, and I saw another customer arrive for her appointment and not have service start until TWO hours later. I was told my style would take 6 hours, but it took 3 extra hours because of their distractions and breaks to tend to the children. There are other braid salons that charge similar prices, so I definitely didn't save any money for the inconvenience.
