Last night Accurate Appliance technician, George, was on time and very professional. First he used his experience and diagnostic tools to find out why my refrigerator wasn't cool enough. He replaced the broken evaporator motor and cleaned out the ice buildup. (He explained his work as I asked questions.) Before he left he cleaned up the area. The price was reasonable and fair. I would give Accurate Appliance 6 stars if I could. A great job is the best ad. I put their business card on my refrigerator and went on Twitter, Facebook, and other social networks to praise their work. (My frig is working fine. Thanks you guys.) Wylie
Accurate appliance is my service company . I will use no one else. They came out on a sunday evening and fixed my a/c last summer when it was blistering hot. They had everything they needed to fix it. Then my 4000.00 sub zero fridge broke ; bam ; tech wade came out & fixed it and gave me great service - like always !

I had the worst experience of my life in in doing business, no "trying" to do business with this company! They are impossible to work with. The repairman came to my house to replace an icemaker for my fridge, and do some work on my washer. He absolutely did not know what he was doing. He cut my fridge completely off by removing the icemaker, then replaced min. parts to make the fridge work, leaving the remaining parts on my counter. He went to my washer and tried to pull the door seal out without removing the two springs that hold it in place. I had to pay $99.00 trip charge to be applied to the bill if I gave them the job. I purchased the parts myself, and wanted them for labor only. I told them this up front. I then received a call that they had my icemaker. WHY? I had already purchased one as I had told them I would! I was told "the boss" would call with an estimate. I received a call from 206-777-3656, a Washington D. C. number, and told "the boss" about all of this. He said he would look into it and call back. I then received a call from the repairman I had complained about. He told me that he had been chewed out, had been given a few days off because of me, to get my work done elsewhere, and I would get my money back. I did exactly that. I tried several times over several days to call the boss, always receiving a hang up, and eventually called the local people. I was told I would get a refund. I have since called several times, never getting a person, and left multiple messages asking for call backs, none to ever be received. I have lodged a complaint with the BBB and will take these people to small claims court if I do not receive my refund. The lack of courtesy, respect, and general customer service is absolutely staggering! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU LIKE HASSLE AND HEADACHES WITH NO RESULTS FOR YOUR NEEDS! I have never been so disturbed by a business before, and hope I never experience anything like this again. BUYER BEWARE! I wanted to leave 0 stars, but the system would not let me.
