I'm still waiting for those responses to my expressed concerns about this league. Be vigilant with oversight of your children. A child in my son's age group, during assessments for the spring season, chased another child around the complex with a 12" long pipe that he picked up somewhere. This obviously caused great distress to the child being chased. When brought forth as a concern by my husband and I, we were brushed off with our concerns. There is a serious lack of oversight by parents and the officials of this league. This league has also been in trouble with District 5 and Little League International for not checking birth certificates. This league allowed a child who was too old to play in a certain age division. Be fully informed of the league you choose. There are other options within Chesterfield County. You may be shocked to learn just how many families have either moved their children to another Chesterfield league after their own personal experiences with Huguenot Little League. Do yourself a favor, investigate your other options and save yourself and your children distress in the long run.
My wife and I had a great meal as usual here. Same as Little Venice. Had lemon risotto with scallops and it was perfect. Thanks Alberto!
Four of us went to try this restaurant tonight and we were all thrilled with our food. The wine was perfect and our owner/waiter was attentive and charming. Every dish was creative and different with unusual flavor combinations that really worked. It's so pleasant to see a top quality and unique family-run restaurant tucked away in the suburbs. We will definitely be back again and again.
Three friends and I went for a "girls night out" and experienced a wonderful evening. The theme of the Capri regional foods was explained to us.The wine was delicious as was our food: Appetizers of Polpette and Calamari and dinner of Tagliolini Nerano. Wonderful evening and looking forward to a return visit.
On May 9 2015, i went to a club for the first time in life. Im not a trouble maker but i was turned away because of my animal print. My friend got let in but not me. This other girl way before me was let in with animal print but it was a sheet dress. Mine was a body con dress... Anyway the guy just looked at my ID and said no animal print. I was outraged because here i am looking nice and sophisticated but was rejected. It would help if they post a dresscode so we will know what we can and cannot wear.theyre racially biased im black and the other women was white. I hope tht i can get in next time. Im willing to pay money, its not right to be this way especially to someone that is educated as the next. Not all black people are trouble. Sincerely,Victoria Jones
My wife and I have traveled to Italy several times and enjoy the wonderful food and wine of the country. And we have always anxiously returned for a meal in Alberto and Peppino's Restaurante upon our return to relive our experiences while traveling. Even after a visit to the "Isle of Capri" we could not wait to return and visit our friends the Mastromanos.Excellent food, wine and experience! Guaranteed! John M. Barber
Not your typical run of the mill "Italian" restaurant. Privately owned and run, this place has delicious fresh seafood with herbs and olive oil, not food smothered in marinara sauce! They are very knowledgeable about their wine list to help you make a selection! One of my new favorite places!
Love the color changing bar, the decorations, employees, music......if you haven't been to this place yet you NEED to check it out!!!!
