Mr Tow,Marlow is a crook. He wouldn't return my property when had proof of ownership and offered him $600 after having it only a couple of days. It was a sno shack shed he turned into an office, and expensive equipment in side that I was about to use to start a business. I had $15,000 invested and he straight-up stole it from me. Don't ever use his services unless you want to prop up a dirt bag criminal
Ray is the kind of person you should call if your are trying to get rid of that car that's been sitting around rusting for who knows how long. All it takes is a phone call and he will return your call or pick up on the spot and plan with you accordingly and work with your schedule. He knows what he's doing and is fast and very nice. If you need a car towed away for fast cash and easy paperwork I highly recommend this service !
My driver Donald is an excellent representative for your company. After having a heart racing spin on the interstate and stopping in the ditch I had to call a tow truck to winch me out. After calling 3 other companies and being asked to wait for at least 2 hours I was fortunate enough to find Mr. Tow. A driver was en route within 5 mins of the call and he arrived promptly in a downpour and after ensuring I was not harmed he proceeded to perform a miracle of getting my car out of an embankment that had a river running through it. After freeing me from the swamp he made sure my vehicle was gonna start and than charged me exactly what the gentleman on the phone quoted me which is a rarity and in the state my car was in with only one tire accessible and the pouring rain, I wouldn't have had a problem if the price was more. I'm home safe thanks to a great company and a great representative in Donald. Thank you Mr. Tow.
I spoke with Ray about selling my old '96 Honda Civic. He was ready and willing to help me with getting rid of my very first car! He told me all that he needed and called when he was on the way. He's very manor able and kind. The process was super easy. Thank you Ray!
Fast arrival & retrieval of vehicle. Driver was licensed, experienced, and friendly. Do recommend to others!
R&R Towing LTD was a breath of fresh air; getting rid of a "junk car" was less daunting and pleasant when dealing with a Ray, who informs and educates you on properly disposing on the car, in accordance with state law. I was about to sell/recycle this car in the dead of a rainy night to someone that never disclosed their name/company...But Ray's timely interruption prevented this transaction. Ray was professional and informative and I appreciated his candor about the shadowery industry of car recycling. I would highly recommend his services. Oh yeah, he presented his licenses and credentials for making this transaction.
Great company, there when you need them, 24/7 and very nice and courteous. Family owed business, call them! Greets you with a smile.
It has come to my attention after speaking with Mr. Tow, that the reason behind my car being towed was because my car was “on the line” and then speaking with another person that my car was “over the line”. The next person said my car was at a 45 degree angle. The more I talked to representatives, the worse my car’s position became. I requested the photographs that were taken of my car to be emailed me. Both of those two representatives said that they would be sending them today. When I called back around 3:20 pm to see the status of the email, the employee then started raising his voice at me telling me to “Come here and I’ll show you the photos” in a very threatening way. They then said to contact my leasing office with the photos of my car. Considering there was a car parked RIGHT NEXT to my car, I find it hard to believe that my car was so far over that it was in two lanes (Which the then manager said). I have constantly been very conscious of how and where I park. Out of over a decade of driving, I have not once been towed. Not only was the car checked on around 1am, towing time 2am, there were cars parked beside it and they could easily get in and out of their vehicle. It’s a very sad feeling that I am scared to park my car without taking a photo for evidence. Mr. Tow is not only unprofessional but their stories are not consistent. This company is not honest. I do not feel that I have trust for this company or that my car is safe in the parking lot of my apartments. I’ve already paid the $125 to retrieve my car. There is nothing to do at this point, I would take full responsibility if I didn’t have a pass or if I truly was over the line, but this is just ridiculous. Not only was I talked down to and ridiculed…. But I was lied to on multiple occasions with different representatives just trying to resolve this issue. In the end of the day, my car was simply a bonus on their check and not a true issue in the parking lot. Towing trucks are great when you break down, but they will do ANYTHING to screw you over if it helps their pay check.
Sorry Lamar C. that you had a hard time understanding over the phone. We would surely never hang up on a customer. Maybe your cell phone dropped line. What bugs me is how you write a bad review on a company you never done business with? Hope things go well for you in the future.
