This guy is a total scam. Sold a highlander to me, and said he had to be the one to file the registration, title change, and taxes. Had me fill out an affidavit and everything. Took my license, ss# , and charged me for it. I've never received any of it. It's been 3 months! Can't get ahold of the guy! So now I have a car without a title, registration, or any of the like. Please steer clear from this business, please ! He is a total scam.
When I first did business with this company, they were great. Found a car in my price and we were off to a good start. The first (and now second) time we needed a repair done (something built into our contract) they kept my car for 2 days without updating me AT ALL. We were promised it would be done on the second day (due to us having to work the morning after the second day). Finally, got someone to answer my questions only to find out that nothing had been done to fix my car. Bottom line is; once they get your money, you no longer matter to them. Don't waste your time with them. Go anywhere else.
Me & my fiance'e had a positive experience while shopping at Town & Country Auto Sales in Richmond, Ky. We had "Matthew Small" as a sales person, and he was nice! The whole staff in general made us feel at home. These guys are great.Morgan Sexton & Ashley Jackson
This is a very nice friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the financing process. Very helpful and courteous.Would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here.
The best place to shop in Richmond Kentucky for a car, suv or truck.
