Great experience. The vehicle I rented wasn't available and they gave me a free upgrade. Very friendly and helpful.
This is my regular car rental that I use for business. My rental on 9/27/16 was the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did the car have horrible gas mileage, I waited over 20 minutes for it to be cleaned. It was not clean at all, rather, it was filthy. So after being delayed, when I left the rental, the low tire light came on. I ended up having to stop TWICE to fill tires, when technically that should have been addressed when it was "cleaned" or at minimum when the customer service man turned the car on to get the mileage. The resolution to this fiasco was for "Tyler" to tell me that my next rental is free. At this point I'm unsure if I trust the cars that they are putting on the streets.
We had to delay pick up for an hour & when we went they didn't have a car. We had to wait 15-25 minutes. Then they said we could have a Durango when we ordered a full size car. My husband called them & they did change it to a brand new Nissan. The rep checked car out for scratches & dents but failed to show us any details. When we returned car there was a whole new crew in office & they seemed very nice & helpful. Overall it was good
