Overall
Selection
Service

We went to look at something in the garden department, fencing, the door in the garden section is always closed, if you want something like fencing, cement fixtures etc. you have to walk from one end of the store to the other, who wants to walk from one end to the other to get what you need, I just went to Lowe's, they always have there doors open, no long walks to get something you need.

Overall
Menards location

The address on the map is wrong. It is 3800 East National Road, Richmond, Indiana

Menards is on the east side of town on the north side of U.S. 40 directly across the street from Texas Roadhouse and also right beside Kohl's Dept. Store. IT IS NOT ON THE WEST SIDE OF TOWN AS THE MAP SHOWS. Someone needs to correct it.

Overall
High demand products placed to far back of store(s).....good/bad?

High demand products are purposely placed to the extreme

far back of the store to trick you into walking through

the entire store.....if Menards placed high demand items

toward the front of the store...I would shop there more not

less......Miejers does this with their gallon/milk....milk is

towards extreme back of store.....because of this one or

more of my family said they will shop there less not more....

this practice may have the opposite effect of what the

stores want....and create animosity within customers?....

at least it does in me......off topic.......will/does yellowpages.com

have a website/feature that allows registered/users of

yellowpages.com to go back and update/edit/rewrite their

user ratings/reviews infinite times?......just like

http://www.epinions.com has a review/update button?.....

hope yellowpages.com webmasters will be allowed to add this

website feature soon?
