I had an excellent experience with my dentist, Dr. John! He provides exceptional care and makes each visit comfortable. The wait time is not long and sometimes there isn’t one at all. The staff is also very friendly and supportive. They are very communicative and understanding. I’ve consistently had a positive experience and highly recommend their services!

Please don't waste your time here. The staff are very unfriendly and rude. The dentist is very rude and incompetent. The change their name recently. This office is and waste of time as well as well as money. They don't care about theirs patients.

Avoid this place at ALL costs!! This dentist and the entire dental office have to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL people i have EVER came across. this is my first ever negative review. They practice unethical dentistry and take advantage of their patients. i have needed a desperate root canal since October but my medicare insurance has finally approved the procedure on 12/13/14. they have had me on pain medication since then. i have been leaving messages every week since december and no one in the office has returned my call. its not the last week of January and i am in unbelievable pain and i had my daughter call them since her english is perfect and they told her that they never received any messages so it wasn't their problem. unbelievable how unprofessional they can be to actually lie. i left messages multiple times each week since early December and when i speak to someone they say they will call me back but never do. and they told us that messages are taken by the receptionists so its not the doctors fault or problem that the office never called me back.. and each time i ask to speak to Dr. Fereydoun Khalili, they said "he's not the dentist here, he only owns the office and has no obligation to talk to anyone about complaints or negligence". after all this they told me that i had to wait 3 weeks to see someone to have the procedure done. i can not take any more pain or antibiotic medication as i have a heart condition so i will need to desperately find another dentist. i am disgusted with these people. they take advantage of the elderly and those that are not aware with the complaint system. i am having my children help with legally addressing this negligence and filing formal complaints with our consumer bureaus. Staff is unorganized and unprofessional. they don't deserve a star but theres no option for anything less than a star.
