I had the worse experience today at the spa. I had a pedicure and it seems like it was her first day doing it. She has no personality. French tip look unfinished. She doesn't know how to use her tools properly. My feet look worse than when I came in. My feet were so dry. It was supposed to be a relaxing experience but I was so uncomfortable. Other services were wonderful. My manicure turned out great and my hair cut always turn out great every time I come in. Other staffs at the spa are always wonderful. I guess she might just be the only one that need to work on the pedicure skills and be a little more pleasant.
I decided to try out this pretty little spa near my home. I was scheduled with Judith for a signature facial. This was the most relaxing facial I have ever experienced. She gives a wonderful arm and shoulder massage. The hot toewls were so wonderful,It felt so good, I fell asleep. I would definately recommend Judith.
I have been going to this wonderful place for a few years now. I have had many different treatments there including facials, massages, pedicures, manicures, color, and of course hair cuts. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgable, and makes you feel like you are their best costumer. I have sent many of my friends here and they feel like they have found a little piece of heaven, right here in Richmond Hill. I would recommend Milan Salon and Day Spa to anyone that wants to relax and feel new again. You will not be disappointed!

I recently purchased a Gift Certificate for my husband from Milan's for christmas. After my husband went to them twice for an appointment and was told due to having a heart attack they would not do the massage, until he had a release from his doctor. He was so aggrevated that this was twice that he drove to Richmond hill and he also stated that the little girl that answers the phone was argumentive with him, he said that he was not going to return to the spa for any services. I asked for a supervision and Haiti or whatever the name was called back. She stated that they do not do refunds on the gift certificate, and I explained that being it was a health concern there shouldn't be a problem. She looked up the account to see how I paid and stated that when the owner came in they would do whatever needed to be done to refund the money. It wasn't long before the owner, Connie called and stated she would not refund the money, that my husband has a year to use the certificate, I explained that he has no desire to do business with them and Connie informed me that anyone could use it. After arguing back and forth Connie said Goodbye and hung up. By this time I am very angry and called back. I run a business myself and if one of my employees would have told a customer that we would do something-right or wrong- I would have honored it.
I never expected a owner of a company to respond to a customer in the manner that was responded. The end result was that Connie wants the weekend to think it over and call me back on Tuesday
My guess it that call will never come on Tuesday.
I strongly urge that if you do business with this company it is on cash basis and immediately. Do not do gift certificates with them as the owner will not honor what her employee tells you should you have medical problems.
