No problems or issues on this particular visit to Dairy Queen in Richmond Hill, Georgia. Driving north on Interstate 95, my daughter and I stopped in for a quick drive-thru meal.A kids combo meal for her - cheese burger, fries and a bottle water - and a chili cheese dog for me. Total order with tax - $7.36. Staff were polite and friendly. Most important was the fact that our "to go" bag had both napkins and ketchup. That's important to me. Especially when driving. Food was cooked correctly - we have no complaints.William E. Lewis Jr.Vero Beach, Florida.
If I could give Zero Stars.. I would...I've only been there 3 times in the 5 years I've lived in the area. (2 of the times I was with others who wanted to go despite my warring of it being horrible service)Service was horribleCleanliness of the place was filthy.I'm surprised the place hasn't been shut down. The staff are rude and no matter if you are the ONLY car in line, you'll wait AT LEAST 15 minutes for food!Corporate needs to do something
They didn't pull from my bank until almost 3 weeks later. The food was nothing to call home about (very cold) and on top of everything they gave me the wrong order and I was the only one in line.
The food was great and the customer service was awesome also and I would recommend this Wendys to everyone. Great job Wendys..
The food was cold and my daughter vomited all night! Stay away from this place!
I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered my meal and asked the young lady if she could for my drink mix Sprite and Hi C. She said "NO SIR" ! Really ?! NO? Was I asking to much or is this the LAZIEST employee in the world? I do it myself when I go inside to eat , but heaven forbid you ask someone to lift a finger ! I have stopped in this McDonald's almost every morning since I moved here on the way to work for coffee and sometimes breakfast. I'll be stopping at Clyde's for coffee from now on. You lost a customer for life.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Artie Coffey Richmond Hill. Ga.
