I have had a dishwasher leak for a couple of years. My dishwasher is a Maytag and only a few years old. 3 times I have had Rudolphs out to repair. He never could really say why it was leaking, only made guesses. The 3rd time he guessed it was the seal and changed it. Guess what? Still leaks. Guess who won't call them again? Besides that they are rude and have charged me quite a bit to repair something they obviously did not know how to. I didn't want to give them the one star, preferred a no star, but had to to write the review.

I have used Mr. Games for years, they are the best and the most economical. I would not use anyone else If they can repair something they will rather than getting a new appliance. I highly recommend them
I would not reccomend this service to any one. They came out and changed the thermostart and had to call his Daddy to get it running, then to find out a week later he never hooked the heat up so they just charged me even more money. I will never call this company again.
I have had two experiences with this company and neither was very enjoyable both times they never keep the original appointment and had to reschedule for two days later both times. Going without a refrigerator for days is a little annoying, but taking days off work to meet them only to have to take another day is frustrating. The work that they do whenever they show is decent, but no details on the status of the appliance.
