Mark at Ogeechee Marine has provided my boat service for 2 years now (minor and major repairs) and all were done on time/budget as promised. Work has been perfect - no return issues. First class business - would recommend them to all.

I took my boat in about a month ago for service (water pump and a couple other things). I was quoted a reasonable price and they had the required parts in stock. The best part about the service was getting my boat back in 2 hours! I was thrilled to be back on the water so quickly. I have never had boat service completed in such a quick manner. Very convenient!
I have had to have several parts replaced on my boat (fuel pump & starter). Ogeechee Marine has epitomized professionalism in their work and the way I have been treated. They fixed the boat timely, correctly and have always been very considerate. This professionalism was displayed in a tremendous way this summer when my trailer broke while I was on the road on a Saturday. I called Mark and he set me up with a towing service and then stayed after hours for approximately 2 hours waiting on me to arrive. I was with my wife and three children when this occurred and would have been in a real predicament had it not have been for Mark and Ogeechee Marine.Michael Brown
And now the other side of the story...Mr. Belfry did ask for the price of a full service and was told 250-350 depending on his boat and it's needs. Every boat is different but in addition to the service he wanted other repairs done as well. When informed that his boat was ready he became irate over the phone about the price and was very unhappy about the price of the additional repairs and said we shouldn't have done them even though we had a signed work order that was reviewed with him when he left the boat. At that point he was asked to come on in and we would do what we could. The additional parts were then removed and his old ones re installed at our cost and his ticket reduced to the service only. Mr. Belfry was then asked not to return to our business and to go back to his local dealer which he had complained was too high to begin with.. We can't make everyone happy but we sure try...life on the water is great...happy safe boating everyone!
Mark, at Ogeechee Marine does not know the meaning of customer service. Quotes $250, but charges $750 without calling for approval prior to performing the work. Then calls me ignorant for disputing the charges. Completely unprofessional and a total crook!
