Impressions Dry Cleaners lost my husband’s Joseph A. Banks pants 4 months ago and has AVOIDED and LIED to me regarding the issue ever since. After several failed attempts to have the pants either replaced or refunded, I confronted the owner, Mr. Kim, who refused to reimburse me and YELLED at me in his store in front of my two small children and other customers. I left in tears feeling the very opposite of what a customer should. I have never written a negative review but feel compelled to inform customers of the UNPROFESSIONALISM and all around BAD BUSINESS of Impressions Dry Cleaners of Richmond Hill and of the owner, Mr. Kim. DO NOT GO HERE!
