I'm a huge Starbucks fan, I always have the best experiences until I ordered a drink from this location. After getting my coffee I realized I didn't get a receipt. Being that I was in town for business I needed to save my receipts for reimbursement. When I went back to the lady at the register and nicely asked if she could reprint my receipt because I seemed to misplace mine (knowing she never gave me one in the first place) she said, "Nope!" At first I thought she was being sarcastic and then I asked again and she's like "ugh no I said I can't do that." Then, I had mentioned that she never gave me the receipt in the first place nor did she offer and if she could please check her garbage.. And she said, "are you serious right now you want me to go through the garbage?" And I said yeah I do, I need that receipt. She moaned and groaned and looked at me like I was her worst enemy.. She finally found the receipt in her garbage and holds it with two fingers and says, "there!" And groans again. This lady had the worst customer service I've ever seen! She needs a good talking to because you just don't treat people the way she treated me! Never again will I go back there and I will make sure everyone I know hears about this horrible experience. Shame on her!
