Le was super nice awesome people person great at finding what we wanted how it would look in our house and did everything see could to get us the best deal possible I will definitely go again into Ashley’s and have her help me again. I’d give her 10 stars if I could :)

Ashley Furniture in Richland, Washington is The Best Furniture Store in Town, My Wife and I went in just to browse around the store and ended up making our first furniture purchase. There customer service was above and beyond, They were not pushy. They gave us space and let us browse around and if we had any question they were there to answer. Selection on Furniture was Great. Best part is they help get you the greatest Deals in Town. Will be returning!

I had a most wonderful experience at Ashley's. I normally don't take the time to write reviews but I am so pleased with the furniture I bought and their service. They genuinely care about my satisfaction. They have an incredible amount of knowledge on their furniture. I even bought some decor from there that goes nicely with my new furniture. Their furniture is if absolute high quality and the couches and bed are so amazingly comfortable! I won't have to buy furniture again for a long time. I've received many great compliments from family and friends.



And the delivery was quick and on time. I only had to wait a couple weeks, they were on time, even a little early. The men that delivered my furniture (bedroom, kitchen, living room) were careful, efficient and caring. They wanted to make sure the furniture was placed just as I liked it. I had them rearrange it a couple times until I was happy where it was placed!

i bought my king size bed for $2250+... the wood fram broke 9 months into it, i tried to get a hold of Ashley's but they went bankrupt. a new owner took it over, and they wouldn't honor the warranty, so i took it upon my self made a more solid fram. 1 year and 6 months after the purchase, my bed springs are coming out of the bed. that taught me a valuable lesson, NEVER GO BACK TO ASHLEY'S!
