Richland Primary Care Center

My doctor there is very rude and condescending. I am in a wheelchair and she acts like I can not take care of myself and thinks she knows better them me how to take care of myself. And one time I went in for a problem that she insisted I did not have. Refused to do any tests or anything. So after a few weeks I went in again and only then did she do any tests and what do you know? I had what she insisted I did not have! Will never go there again. In the process of finding a new doctor.

The wait may be long but the attention & caring staff at this clinic is professional.
Dr. Polk will listen to what is ailing you & diagnose accordingly with his many years of experience. His bed side manner is impeccable. I give Richland primary care an A++.

If you are going to visit this office make sure you only see dr. Ross he is the only caring doctor @ this office. He is amazing and so good he's like dr. House. As far as the staff though they are terrible. If you leave a message for the dr or the drs nurse to call you back you will be waiting forever because they tell you they will call u back but that neeeeever happens...its like they take your message and throw it away...that's the only downfall to this office besides all of the drs could care less except sr. Ross...so make sure you see dr. Greg Ross if you go to this drs office because he's truly a great and caring person who explains everything to you in complete detail.

This clinic is AWESOME. Everytime I go there, I'am treated with the upmost respect. You will not find a better place to bring your family. You are treated like family when you go there and everyone is so nice and friendly. It"s heard to find a place to bring your loved one" that you trust and know that they will be taken care of. So WAY to GO Richland Primary Care.

The clinic is new and they provide great medical care for my grandchild. A very nice atmosphere and the employees are nice.

At this clinic they treat you like family. I felt they really cared about my problems and did what they could to help. Nurse is especially sweet and Mr Marx too. Will be a long time patient and I love their new clinic too.

Office is run by a rude office manager. Doctor is not in often enough.
