It's a cute school but obviously they have a "type". I called multiple times and his phone demeanor was less than inviting but against my better judgment I decided to book an appointment to tour the school anyway. I book thru the online booking system that sent me an appointment within 24 hours. After arriving, the same 6+ foot man who was rude over the phone greeted me at the door. He had me to fill out paperwork and took a pic of my id just to tell me the class was full and to come back in 2018. I explained that I would like a tour so that I could determine if I would like to be placed on a waiting list or not. He basically refused the tour and I left. A complete waste of my time. I won't be back and I will make sure I tell everyone I know of those experience I had at Flamingo Island Preschool. Needless to say I won't be back in 2018 or ever!

I cannot say enough great things about Flamingo Island Preschool. We have only been with Flamingo a few months (since they just opened earlier this year), but our experience has been great! The staff is AMAZING, the facility is always in immaculate condition and my son is learning more and more everyday! It has a very warm and family-like feel to it, which I love. Also, you cannot beat the prices for the care they give to the kids. A+. Love Flamingo!Erica P
My girls--3-year-old twins and 19-month-old--absolutely love this school. They have grown so much, both academically and socially, in a very short amount of time. While it took over two months for them to go to their previous school without major complaint or resistance, it's taken only a week for them to bond with their teachers and classmates here at Flamingo Island. They look forward to going to school. Mrs. K and the entire staff truly and passionately care about the whole child, as well as the family as a unit. I feel truly supported in my role as the parent, and that only enhances my appreciation for this school. I'm beyond excited to watch my daughters continue to thrive at Flamingo Island.
As a SAHM for the past three years, I wanted to find a school where my 3 girls would continue to receive quality care while benefiting from socialization and preschool routines. We enrolled them in mid-July, and the first week went smoothly. But then midway through the second week, my youngest daughter got strep throat, and the twins both got a virus and an ear infection. I also noticed that there was no soap in the dispenser in the twins' classroom bathroom. That seemed rather strange to me, but we got the girls their own soap so they would have it to use. Problem solved, right? Wrong. So very wrong. We visited the pediatrician and urgent care so often, the staff began to ask where the girls went to school. At least ten visits and trips to the pharmacy for medicine later (all within a span of two months), I can honestly say that I am thankful for this experience with daycare. I know what not to accept from a daycare or school. Please look elsewhere!
My daughter has gone here since she was 3 months old. The staff has always been on top of it and truly loves our child. It is a clean good learning environment and they have helped us with our parenting since they have seen thousands of children and we only have one. I have watched my child learn sign language, Spanish, and it amazes me to see how they bring out the best of my child. 4 years have gone by fast and I am glad I don't have to witty about daycare!!
We have had an amazing experience with Montessori at Bowser. We put our daughter there at 2.5 years old when we first returned to Texas. She was very anxious about the move but she found a comfortable and loving home there. All of the teachers she has had have been wonderful. She has such a comfort level with going to school. She has made a ton of friends and the environment has been very supportive. She has learned a ton of things from reading skills, writing, geography, geometry, counting, and addition, to name a few! She could be a difficult child behaviorally but they handled her well. They communicated well with me her issues and were patient with helping her to be successful. The cost can't be beat! You get a quality education (not just babysitting) for a great cost. We can't recommend it enough!
Ms Bernice is absolutely wonderful. She will always take the time to let us know how our child is doing and she is such a helpful resource for potty training and raising a two year old!! We are so glad that both of our kids had her as a teacher.
Mrs. Bernice is a great teacher. She always gives my husband and I updates on my child’s progress and gives me tips on how to deal with some of the issues I experience as my child goes through the terrible 2 phase.
People comment all the time how intelligent my daughter is and how advanced and sweet she is compared to children at least two and three years older than her and I always tell people how grateful I am for the education and care she receives at primrose.
We appreciate the fresh ideas and added technology to our school. It feels more up to date under Mrs Tanya's guidance. I love access to information through social media like Facebook.Posted as a service & under authority of this business, comment shown as expressed by a true customer of this dealer.
