        Overall

        This establishment allowed a 16 month old to be beaten in the face with God only knows what or who did it... And tried to pass it off that a 2 year old did it! No way in hell a 2 year old completely beat and bruised this baby's face. And then changed the story to "he fell on a toy" or something after the mother took legal action? This place is a joke and I'm disgusted. You won't hear the end of it.

        This daycare is not the best that is available. And for a little more, you can get a lot better care for your child in Richardson.



        I will start off and say that the Infant 2 teachers were wonderful and amazing, and always showed love to my child.



        My child attended for 1 year. In that year, I have seen one teacher hit a child when they hung on an open gate, and another teacher walk outside to retrieve things from their car and leave children inside unattended.



        There are tiles coming up from the floor, and cracks throughout the building in the different teaching areas.



        At one point a sink broke in one of the classrooms and it took them 6 weeks to fix.



        The baby school is clearly understaffed. There is only 1 teacher in the 2 year room, and 1 in the 3 year room. Which, with the student to teacher ratio is not high enough for the needs of the children.



        They aren't always on top of keeping cups clean, and my child has been sent home with congealed liquid in their cups.



        They do not do any sort of progress meetings. They do not send things home...they are just put in a folder. Getting a take-home sheet is hit or miss. Sometimes there is one and sometimes there isn't...and if there is one it isn't always completed.



        My child has had 4 separate incidents, and I only received a report for 2 of them. The other times I was told there was no paper, or no time to do a report.



        Overall...not the greatest daycare.

        This center is my child favori...

        This center is my child favorite! The children have TONS of games, computers, Wii, PS3! The owner Mrs. Cindy loves to spoil the kids with new equipment and the kids seem to enjoy it
