Absolutely love ilovekickingboxing. I have been working out in the gym my whole life but I was never really able to shed the belly fat I had as I always hated HIT. I was never really motivated because the treadmill is so boring and never had such awesome trainers to push me to my limits. The past few months have been incredible and I highly recommend Ilovekickboxing to anyone that wants to see results!!
I used to go to the gym 24/7 but always feel overwhelmed and ended up giving up before seeing results. Then I tried other forms of exercising and injured myself. So, after surgery and months of recovery and not working out I was forced into a kickboxing class by a friend and it surprised me how much I loved it at the end! ILKB, this place is sweat city, you put in work, but you feel rewarded in the end! If you are committed to your health and fitness you have a home here. It is worth the price you pay! You get the bonus of being in a group fitness class with the added perk of having a trainer coach you along the way. If you can commit to 3 to 5 days a week you will see results, you will have more energy, and you will be sore! But oh, it feels so good! The trainers are ALL motivating and energetic, and the music selection will push you to burn that extra calorie. One of the coolest aspects of working out here is that you can get a heart rate monitor which will track your progress and post it on the screen so that you can challenge yourself and your classmates! I really love this place!! I hadn’t worked out in three years and was looking for something fun and active to get me out of the house and out of my comfort zone. I signed up and the first class really kicked my ass but I sticked to it and I’ve definitely noticed an increase in stamina, mood, and energy. The classes are high energy and positive. The other kickboxers in class are very kind, supportive, and we cheer each other on. At first I was nervous that I wouldn’t be any good at it but the instructors are very helpful, motivating, and absolutely hilarious! Also, every month they have a themed DJ Night where the workout gets really intense but everyone goes all out and dresses up and we have a great time! I do believe taking these classes has helped me with my depression and social anxiety. When I miss a workout, my emotions get overwhelming so kickboxing really helps with getting frustrations out and keeping my depression in check. Bonus: I’ve lost 40 lbs since May 2018 and I’m super excited to reach my goal weight soon!
A fun place, a great work out. I've been here about a year. Went from a drop in card to regular. Its a little expensive but 100% worth it. You'll get out what you put into it.
I originally signed up for a few classes through Groupon to try it out and knew after my first class that I wanted to go there to work out regularly. The class is high energy, the instructors are knowledgeable and funny, and there's a diverse level of skill amongst the participants. Initially, I wasn't able to keep up and just did what I could. The instructors were very good about assessing my fitness and skill level and pushing me to do more than I thought that I could. Definitely recommend ILKB for anyone interested in getting in shape and want a supportive class to encourage them to pursue their fitness and personal goals.

ILoveKickBoxing is an amazing stress reliever and the trainers here are awesome! The classes are intense but worth every second. I love how staff keeps up with you and makes sure that you're committed to coming, and that there is always something going on to keep everybody on their toes.

WOW! I have always wanted to try this, and am so glad that I finally did! Week 2 and I have attended 7 classes so far! The instructors are all SO positive and no matter what your fitness level, you can do the work out. I can already feel myself getting stronger and better at the moves. Don't let it intimidate you! It's a FULL body work out and it makes you feel amazing afterwards! Anything that has me getting up and there by 6am has to be GREAT! I am 47 and my 20 year old daughter and I have been doing together! WE LOVE IT! Come join us! You will NOT regret doing something this GREAT for yourself and your body!
Its a awsome class and i 10/10 recomended to anyone who is interested because it helps your strength,self-esteem and gets you fit
