24. El Chico
I was interested in something light and flavorful. El Chico granted my wish. The fresh table side guacamole was the best. Then I ordered the tortilla soup. It was the best tortilla soup I have ever eaten. You could defintely tell it was made from scratch and the flavor was perfect. The La …
Went to try this yesterday. Worse choice I ever made. First off the drinks were old tasting, took an hour to get our food. When we finally got our food my nephews burger was burned, my pupusas tasted freezer burned, my brother n law tacos tasted like cardboard, sister n law got the fish and it w…
Good basic tacos and Torta: nothing to write home about. Corn tortillas were nice, OMG filling not worth the extra cost, barbacoa and pastor were good. The Torta was average: would have been a lot better if it was fresh bread and not yesterday's roll.Frozen Horchata: served in an 8-ounce cup. Pathetic. For some reason the boys don't like turning the A/C on: steamy.
The food is fantastic but we have found hairs in our food multiple times. Just gross! They replace the food with no problem but they don't use hair nets. There's no possible way!
Worst Restaurant in my life. Terrible food. Overall terrible customer service. Place is very dirty and management didnt care. Do NOT recommend
i work has a restaurant at the par time but now am looking for a full job am looking for all the apportunities
Yikes! So if you've never been to a taqueria and have a complete fear of anything foreign, this is the place for you and your grandparents.I went for the Cubana Torta with sweet potato fries: this small Subway-esque prepackaged deli meat lightly filled sandwich with chorizo and a small serving of fries shows up. It's not terrible as a sandwich if this was Subway, but it's not.Do yourself a favor: drive down the street and find a real taqueria and get a real Torta.
Good good and good service.
For starters, I called Nico's for directions and they sent me 10 minutes in the wrong direction. When we got there, it was mostly empty and I hoped for prompt service. Between the drink order and our food arriving, 20 minutes went by. I got the scare of my life when my 7 mos old, strapped in her car seat, fell to the floor after the hostess turned the booster/hi chair upside down for us to put the car seat on. I was soo glad my baby was strapped in!! Aside from the hostess bringing water for my baby, the waiter was the only person who followed up from the fall.
