Genji Go

My husband and I ordered from them and spent $25 on 2 meals. Got home and both had little black hairs in them. Called that manager and she said I have to come back and bring the food with me to get a refund. Seriously?! What an inconvenience! So not only were we up there once and waited, they expected me to go back and get a replacement or get a refund with no food! So here we are starving and heated!! I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. Want takeout? Go to Wendy's! I had to select a star rating or they wouldn't even have gotten one!

First time to ANY Genji Go.Girl explained how it worked.I ordered Steak&Shrimp&Mushrooms No Rice & Steak&Rice&Onions. I was asked if I wanted an extra scoop of steak for $4 on the no rice. I said not for $4.Then she asked me if I wanted the rice from the No Rice Meal on mine. I said no thank you, but you could add a bit more steak on the No Rice Meal. BTW an extra scoop of rice is $2. No we can't do that. Then when they were packing it up with the Yum Yum Sauce, Which is $1 each they were about to put 4 of them in the bag, I said I only need two. And again asked them to add a bit more steak to the No Rice Meal. No we can't do that. REALLY ? I just gave you $4 and you can't give me a bit more steak? When I asked for a number to the store owner or manager, we don't give that out. Asked for a corporate number, we don't give that out. So, now I am posting this story where ever I find this location on the web.

SO GOOD! Loved it. Quite the drive though from where I live. PUT ONE ON OSU CAMPUS! I promise you it would be extremely popular!! Low prices, tons of food, TONS of yum yum, and you get your food in 3 minutes instead of 50 at the real restaurant. Absolutely recomend to anyone who doesn;t want to pay the full price or who doesn't have the time for the who sit down she-bang of the traditional Genji Steakhouse.

Delicious! The meat is more tender than the actual restaurant and you get A LOT for less. The food is always hot, the yum-yum is always amazing (and you get a ton), and prices are very reasonable. I love Ginji Go. I actually live in Lebanon (by Kings Island) and visit my family frequently... I regularly crave Ginji Go. I curse my Mom for getting me hooked!
