Orchid Nail & Spa

I am not a person who usually write reviews but could not stop writing a review. This is the worst thing I have done. I spent 3 hours to get my nails done on a Friday in the evening around 6:30 it was finished. exactly after 24 hour passed my nail polish started peeling off. First I thought it might be just one figure but everything came after the other. I was out of station for the weekend. Monday evening after the work I went to show her my nails and she says I should call or come show them the nails immediately after it peels. And also she mentions I should have applied gel instead of regular nail polish. When they put the nail polish they never told me option else I would have gone for that option. She says we are doing business and we can't do anything , if I do for you everyone will start coming. I felt it was ridiculous. She expects to run to her or call when I am out of town to visit my family that my nails came of. I know everyone one will read the review and no one will care because it is not you who faced. People will continue to go to them and make there business until they face the same consequences. Worst worst worst customer service. I will never go here thought she offered me 5$ discount on my next visit. I spent 3 hours and 60$ having and she offers me 5$. She face the consequences because everyone faces there KARMA.
