Frank, the manager, and his staff are great! Shuttle service is available within five miles so I didn't have to wait on site for my car. Highly recommend!

Never Go There again AND, filing small claims and report to Better Business Bureau. They missed diagnosed my car and took it to Tyson's Nissan without my permission.They charged me $500 that didn't fix the problem. For a belt. Took my car to Nissan dealership WITHOUT my PERMISSION. Nissan Altima only 44K miles on iat. Had a clicking sound when driving. Took it station Wed. at 0930, asked to fix the clicking sound.call me that morning and tell me it is a belt and it is $500 Call me in afternoon and ask about transmission fluid. The sound did NOT go away after the new belt. Without my permission, they took it to Nissan dealer where it was a bad transmission covered by an in-house recall, Nissan fixed it and other issues that Lake Anne Mobile left some hoses off. 2 days later, Bobby at Lake Anne mobile wants to charge me for the $500 belt that didn't fix the problem and the cost of driving the car to Nissan at $90/ hours. Nissan did all the work. Lake Anne Mobile did not. WHen I asked him about being fair, I shouldn't have to pay 500 but understand he did use up some of his time. I offered to pay 250. He got so mad, I had to call the police. He went on about how the Reston Community is trash talking him in front of other dealerships. I had to pay the $500 to get may car. They started out very nice, but they don't know what they are doing and they charge to much in my opinion. Just the facts above. That is why they are never busy.............
