North Reston Barbershop

While I have only used this barber once, I am very impressed! I was looking for a neighood barber experienced with doing African-American hair. My son is AA and we usually travel to Falls Church for haircuts. I called first and was told that they had several barbers who were accomplished with AA, so I decided to take a chance. So glad I did! This will now be our barber shop of choice! Christine was true to her word and gave a perfect haircut! Others that I observed....and it was a busy place--were giving great haircuts, too. Friendly, clean and spacious, it's simply a wonderful place. Obviously many repeat customers, and I can see why. We will be back as regulars, too!

I used to go to PR in the Towne Center. They give great men's haircuts at $45 (with cut and tip); however, I received my first haircut at North Reston Barbershop and exceeded my satisfaction level as compared with PR. And, NRB only charges $14 (I left a $6 tip - $20 total). I am very pleased and love that they take their time - and they even use hot shave cream and a straight razor on the neck. I will definitely be going back to see Emily for my next haircut.

Hussein runs a good shop. All of the ladies do a pretty good job cutting hair, but if you need to look your best, wait for Hussein.
