This store used to be different then the bigger chain stores.



Now there worse!! You’re lucky to get the right part the first time and if by chance a part (like a starter) breaks after a month. They will do everything to keep from accepting responsibility.



They will do everything to blame your installation or your car for the damage.



I spent literally thousands of dollars through out the years. But because they wouldn’t help me with a $35.00 starter, my business goes back to pep boys!!



Years ago they were good. Not any more!!



Your better off going to the big stores!! They know the value of return customers...
