        Their customer service is very...

        Their customer service is very discourteous and impolite. They installed the drainage, but after a while there was water in our crawlspace, they didn't provide the service to clean it and the person on the phone who always answers the phone doesn't let me to talk any manager. She is the rudest person I have seen.



        Don't recommend their company at all.

        Using the internet to comment on their experience is such a tough arena from a company stand point. Anyone with a computer can claim anything, good or bad, and typically fail to follow up on the actual results or performance from the company. For those reading these reviews we want you to know, We have a fully staffed office to answer any in bound phone call. Perma Dry has have a service department to trouble shoot and repair concerns from existing customer and to fix drainage systems by companies that have come and gone. We follow a protocol to record and respond to issues in the fastest manner possible, and to ensure we never drop the ball on a concern form a customer. Complaining on the internet gets everybody no-where fast. The company looks bad, and the owner does not get a satisfactory resolution. We can say with the upmost confidence we respond to every call and claim about a water issue after the company has performed work, but very few are ever a result of our 15 year history of successful workmanship and we go out of our way to help those with new issue.
