FRAUDS

I had all of my teeth extracted to be replaced with dentures. I addressed 2 issues before deciding on treatment. I knew I was moving in just a few weeks. I was assured that my treatment could be completed at one of their sister offices after I moved. They said the dentures I was given were the permanent ones and would need to be realigned after 5 or 6 months and that I would also need to be fitted with the teeth for two implants and the dentures refitted to accommodate that. They assured me repeatedly this could all be completed when I moved. I also asked several times if I was paying in full for everything that was needed. I had to come up with over 11k out of my own pocket for this procedure and they said I was paid in full.



When I moved to San Diego, I went to one of their offices where I was informed they would have to make a whole new set of dentures and also charge me for the completion of the implant process. Several thousand more out of my pocket. When I talked to the Renton office manager, I was told I wasn't charged for the completion of the implant process and would have had to pay for that even if I was still there. This was the first time I was told that. Before, I had been told (on 3 separate occasions) that I was paying for everything. As for getting my dentures properly fixed or replaced so they fit, I was told they didn't know why the other office wasn't willing to complete my treatment plan but there was nothing they could do about that.



So after paying 11 grand out of my pocket (in addition to what the insurance paid) I am stuck in another city with temporary dentures and no way to get them fixed without paying thousands more that I don't have. I am deeply in debt already from paying the Renton office. When someone promises a service, takes your money and then doesn't deliver, that's fraud. And the office manager made it very clear that they don't intend to do anything about this.



UPDATE 8/21/15:



After my original post, I was contacted by this office and told they would take care of these issues if I would remove my post. I did so. Since then, they have strung me along with ridiculous offers such as offering to refund $1500 of the &11k I already paid them. It is now time for me to have my permanent teeth in place and the process hasn't even been started.



This office is part of the Pacific Dental Services and Smile Generation networks. I have repeatedly tried to contact both of them and have been entirely ignored.



At this point, I have an appointment with an attorney to start legal proceedings. But in the meantime, I can't eat, I'm in pain and I can't speak properly.



DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. There were no miscommunication or misunderstandings. The lies and false promises came directly from the office manager as well as the dentist himself.
