Stop in to say hello as this website can give some basic information but cannot emanate who we truly are! Our facility is state of the art, clean, warm and friendly. We are a full-service veterinary medical facility, located in North Greenbush, New York (a miles drive from Troy, Rensselaer, East Greenbush, Wynantskill and Averill Park- a few miles drive to Colonie, Albany and Latham), neighbor to the intersection of Route 4 and Route 43, Exit 8 off of I-90. We strive to provide the best possible medical care, surgical care and dental care for your cherished pets. We promote responsible pet ownership, preventative health care and educational opportunities for our clients.         Overall

        We were going on vacation, so my wife and I decided to board our 4 month old puppy with them. Dropped off on sat October 29 -November 5. After spending 4 hour meet and great a few days prior. Which I thought was a little expensive. But nevertheless we used them. Oh I didn't mention These people are her vet also. Needless to say my son was called on that Friday and was told there was a case of kennel cough that she needed antibiotics. Thank god I made appiontment for November 7, she is due for her second round for something. Now she needs antibiotics for kennel cough. I can't wait to go this morning, and ask what kind of boarding are they running (other than expensive 245$ for sat-sat. Ludicrous. Especially When you drop off a healthy puppy and don't receive her back that way.). She's been hacking all Sunday and monday morning. I can't believe they didn't treat her when they knew they had a case of kennel cough come into there boarding. You better believe I'm going in there this morning screaming!!!

        The clinic staff is very profe...

        The clinic staff is very professional and knowledgeable!! All of the Veterinarians staffed here are amazing with all of my animals. I would highly recommend this vet office to anybody that loves their pets as family members. I also think it's great that they have a Vet on staff that handles reptiles and amphibians.

        The addition of Dr. John Green...

        The addition of Dr. John Green to the practice is great. I would follow him anywhere. He's the most compassionate and caring vet i've met. He will always take care of my beloved pets!
