although everyone was very nice, I was convinced that my insurance decision to deny me this service would be covered. As I finished my infusions I found out that these people could not convince my insurance company to over turn their decision and I am now paying off $1800. The company is good at what they do but be ware of promises that are made.They may not be able to come through.
There is a good selection of tending products for hair care. The hair is over priced and low quality especially for virgin hair they get people for the convince but when you compare vendors like Ali express and other sites it’s cheaper to just get bundles, closures and frontals online because it’s a better investment then to pay more just to have to turn around and buy more hair within a couple weeks. But when you need a quick style in between time they are the one stop shop. Braiding hair is a little pricey too you can find it cheaper online or even drive 2 hours to Sacramento and get it there cheaper as well however being the fact that ensoul closed they really are the only store in town. The ladies are always really nice and welcoming which is very refreshing.
Marks leadership and Don are excellent and do their jobs with great integrity. The Employees are the Friendliest. Dulce in the Deli has a smile a mile long. Mike the Butcher is smart and helpful. Mercedes in the Post Office is fast and smiling all the time. Josh is busy all over the place. Chepon in the Pharmacy knows his business. Chrystal stocks those shelves and greets everyone with a smile. Gary at the register will make you laugh along the way. The prices are 15% and more cheaper than Winco.The lines move quickly and the store is kept clean. I could go on and on. Come to this Friendly affordable place. This friendly humorous old man trolls the isle's making people smile and enjoy their SaK'n Sav experience. SEE YA THERE.........

The Fountain of youth medical spa was beautifully decorated and the staff was so friendly. I came in for facial and laser hair removal and had some anxiety, but the process was explained thoroughly to ease my apprehension and I look forward to the end result. Ravi did a wonderful job on my laser hair removal and Anna did a wonderful job on my facial. I would definitely come back again.
Rick helped me with the purchase of a wheelchair for my brother who uses it almost 24/7. He went pleasantly out of his way to help us select the best wheelchair. Rick took measurements to make sure that it fit my brother and then assembled it to fit him.My brother couldn't be happier with the chair and Medtech's amazing and competent service. Absolute dysfunction... without a doubt this is a company that is very poorly managed! The employees and the customers are both not happy. They are understaffed and not properly trained. Wait times on the phone can be 25-45 minutes depending on time called. Incorrect and double billing is frequent. Not much good can be said about Bennet, other than they used to be good 3-4 years ago, they suck now. We will be looking elsewhere for oxygen and cpap supplies in the immediate future...
Terrible customer service I waited 19 minutes on the phone I was then told that I could not make an appointment because my insurance only covers every three months. Yet I get calls from them saying my mask is leaking and to call them for appointment to fix the leak. The girls up front in Reno need to be replaced they are lazy and indignant, everything at their pace. Doug Bennet, I hope you read these and pay attention they make you look bad .
I went into the shop to support our community and actually purchased some Free Gifts for my customers. They had a pretty good selection in hair products and even had color dye that Sallys doesn't carry (Adore, Sparks, etc.). Really loved the shop and will definitely go back!Everyone was friendly and helpful if needed. Even the customers were friendly and optimistic :)
