Wells Fargo will screw you over. Do not bank with these rip-offs, I have been their customer since 1997 & the customer service is so bad, I am moving to another bank.
If I could give it 0 stars. I WOULD! They don't really want your business. The counter staff is nice, but the management is G-D awful. I have closed my accounts and will never bank there again!
You better dress nice or they won't let you bank there!I have never had a bank turn me down before as "not a member of the community" when I own multiple properties in the community, have lived here for 15 years, children in the schools, vote here, etc. They promised "due diligence" and to get back to me. When the rep called back, and I tried to call them on their discrimination, the bank rep hung up on me. NOT PROFESSIONAL.

Yolanda was always available by phone or email and was extremely prompt in responding to my questions (better than any other loan officer I have worked with). She seemed to be on top of what was going on with the loan at all times.
Kim and Heather were excellent to work with. Prompt, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Hard-working. Pleasant transaction, I've already made several referrals and expect to make many more.
