Worst Walmart in Reno. The customer service personnel are incompetent and cannot even read their own policy. Also the CO Manager Jeff is just as incompetent and should not even be employed in a customer service position. I had a back surgery a few months ago and recently purchased an air mattress from them, I was unable to use it as it was not comfortable enough for me to sleep on. Walmart's posted policy is a 15 day return with receipt. I tried to return it on day 10 and the customer service people would not return it, they called for an assistant store manager. After waiting for 30 minutes and a manager still had not come up I called the corporate number for Walmart and they contacted the CO Manager Jeff. He finally came up to customer service and said he wasn't going to return the air mattress. I called the corporate number again and at this time Jeff offered to exchange it. I asked him why would I exchange it when I cannot use it. I was within their own written policy and they would not abide by it. I then asked for the store managers information and I was told by Jeff to leave the store because he did not like the way I was talking to him. So I once again called the corporate number to file a complaint against the CO Manager Jeff and to get into contact with the store manager and the district manager.This has been the absolute worst experience at any Walmart EVER!. Walmart isn't known for very good customer service but this store is the worst. I will never again go shopping at this Walmart and I would recommend anyone else not to shop at this store again.

SO WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOUR HAWK community health care reno nv tellls you that you have medicaid to cancel your health insurance and you ask them 4 to 5 times are you sure me and my wife and kids have it and they say yes you do we are sure go cancel your health insurance at work you are all 100% got medicaid ok so i did cancel it then i get a letter in the mail saying just my kids have it but not me and my wife so me and my mom goes down there and we are trying to fined out whats going on they say ooo yea i show them the paper i got and they say your medicaid # is right there well threw out the days i misplaced those paper can't fined them at all so i call medicaid they say i'm sorry you DO NOT HAVE medicare i tell them that HAWK community health care reno nv said we do have it but the lady got all mad and said NO YOU DON'T and says to call HAWK community health care reno nv they are wrong and hangs up on me so i recall HAWK community health care reno nv and they say that we met the medicaid guide line that we got to call the 1 800 medicaid # so me and my wife does we use two phones call and on both phones we get put on hold from like 2pm to like 6pm after 4 hour my house phone dies ok np we still have the one then after 5 hours and we know no one is at the medicare office we hang up the cell phone what do you do when the love in your life needs the medicaid that she needs and you can't re get your insurance from your work for another 6 moths and the HAWK community health care in reno said your on medicaid to cancel it so you do cancel it and come to fined out you and your wife don't have it and when you try to call HAWK community health care all you get is ether you got to call medicaid then when you ask to speak to a supervisor and when u get her # and you call all you get is a voice mail box and you tell her whats is going on she calls you back and you don't here the phone so she tell you i am the supervisor and you need to call medicaid they don't take responsibility fore messing with your life and your wife life NOT TAKING responsibility for telling you that you have medicaid but you don't and you have all ready cancel your health insurance with your work what do you do?????? who do you call??????? how do you feel????? that you have failed as a husband??? to make sure your wife has the health insurance that she needs????
IF YOU ARE SICK DO NOT USE THIS PARTICULAR CLINIC IF JANE ADDINGTON IS ON DUTY!!!!! I brought my 7 year old son in due to a bad cough and congestion. This Addington person wouldn't listen to what my son was telling her nor what I was telling her. I told her he gets this every year and the docs always prescribe the same thing. I even showed her his medical records. Reason the docs give him the cough meds and antibiotics they do is to prevent him getting pneumonia. Which he tends to get. Addington wouldn't read the medical folder. She wouldn't listen to a thing we had to say and prescribed something far less powerful as the anti-biotic and an over-the-counter cough medicine. This was not going to work. After basically getting into a yelling match with her she said "you don't like my medical treatment then call St. Mary's and tell them!" No joke!!! Later that night my son got weaker. We were forced to take him to the ER. He had gone into Pneumonia and the doctors said had she just kept to the regular course of treatment NONE of this would have happened. I am happy to say my son is better and back at home BUT I am now stuck with a $17,000 hospital bill and countless doctor bills and no insurance. That is why we went to Walmart in the first place. SHAME ON YOU ADDINGTON and YES I will file against you with St. Mary's. You should have your licensed pulled!!!! You have the worst bedside manner ever. You are ignorant and need to get out of medicine all together. You are a SHAME and DISGRACE to your profession!!!!
