The Amada team from the start has made our transition from family care to professional care a breath of fresh air. We did our homework on the local companies and Amanda shined from the start. Ryan listened to our needs and placed the perfect caregivers the first week. The billing and their back office efforts checking and working with our insurance has been effortless on our part. Throughout the transition we've had some changes, and they've always been very responsive and understanding to our loved one needs. We did the homework for you, Amada is our company for caring for our dearest loved one.
I have known the Hart's for more than 15 years and they are amazing people with excellent character and high morals. I would not hesitate to trust them with my loved one's.
Loved the clients I worked with as a caregiver, and they really appreciated me. This is a horrible place to work; they treat caregivers poorly. Management needs improvement.
Worst Walmart in Reno. The customer service personnel are incompetent and cannot even read their own policy. Also the CO Manager Jeff is just as incompetent and should not even be employed in a customer service position. I had a back surgery a few months ago and recently purchased an air mattress from them, I was unable to use it as it was not comfortable enough for me to sleep on. Walmart's posted policy is a 15 day return with receipt. I tried to return it on day 10 and the customer service people would not return it, they called for an assistant store manager. After waiting for 30 minutes and a manager still had not come up I called the corporate number for Walmart and they contacted the CO Manager Jeff. He finally came up to customer service and said he wasn't going to return the air mattress. I called the corporate number again and at this time Jeff offered to exchange it. I asked him why would I exchange it when I cannot use it. I was within their own written policy and they would not abide by it. I then asked for the store managers information and I was told by Jeff to leave the store because he did not like the way I was talking to him. So I once again called the corporate number to file a complaint against the CO Manager Jeff and to get into contact with the store manager and the district manager.This has been the absolute worst experience at any Walmart EVER!. Walmart isn't known for very good customer service but this store is the worst. I will never again go shopping at this Walmart and I would recommend anyone else not to shop at this store again.

IF YOU ARE SICK DO NOT USE THIS PARTICULAR CLINIC IF JANE ADDINGTON IS ON DUTY!!!!! I brought my 7 year old son in due to a bad cough and congestion. This Addington person wouldn't listen to what my son was telling her nor what I was telling her. I told her he gets this every year and the docs always prescribe the same thing. I even showed her his medical records. Reason the docs give him the cough meds and antibiotics they do is to prevent him getting pneumonia. Which he tends to get. Addington wouldn't read the medical folder. She wouldn't listen to a thing we had to say and prescribed something far less powerful as the anti-biotic and an over-the-counter cough medicine. This was not going to work. After basically getting into a yelling match with her she said "you don't like my medical treatment then call St. Mary's and tell them!" No joke!!! Later that night my son got weaker. We were forced to take him to the ER. He had gone into Pneumonia and the doctors said had she just kept to the regular course of treatment NONE of this would have happened. I am happy to say my son is better and back at home BUT I am now stuck with a $17,000 hospital bill and countless doctor bills and no insurance. That is why we went to Walmart in the first place. SHAME ON YOU ADDINGTON and YES I will file against you with St. Mary's. You should have your licensed pulled!!!! You have the worst bedside manner ever. You are ignorant and need to get out of medicine all together. You are a SHAME and DISGRACE to your profession!!!!
Outstanding Customer Service. We needed someone to help with my aging mother. They we will to work with us, we wanted a company that could provide Doctor visits• Doctor-approved exercise• Dressing• Housekeeping• Laundry• Meal preparation• Personal care/hygiene• Errands• Grocery shoppingThis gave us more time to spend visiting not working.ThanksAmerican Home Companion
